Our Story
Wildstreak Distillery is a proud expression of our winemaking heritage, brought to life here at Peter Drayton Wines in Pokolbin. Using the same care and craftsmanship that goes into our wines, we distil small-batch spirits that reflect the character of the Hunter Valley.
Every bottle starts with quality Australian ingredients — from native botanicals and local citrus to grapes grown right here on our vineyard.
The Range
Our range includes three distinctive gins — the Australian Dry with native lemon myrtle and macadamia, the aromatic Classic Dry, and the elegant Australian Rosé with rose petals and summer berries.
We also craft a triple-distilled Small Batch Vodka and a bright Australian Limoncello made with NSW Central Coast lemons. Plus seasonal releases like our Christmas Gin.
