Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns for damaged and/or broken wine bottles. You can choose to exchange for the full value of your original purchase or receive a refund. We require evidence of breakages, in the way of photographs, so we can evaluate where the breakage has occurred as we inform our postal delivery service of your breakage. Please contact us directly with your photographs of your damaged/broken wine bottles to info@pdwines.com.au or call us on 02 6574 7085.
Once your return is received by our team, your refund or exchange will be processed within 72 hours. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to show in your account.
Change of Mind Policy
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our Cellar Door team on 02 6574 7085 or email us at info@pdwines.com.au as soon as possible, so we can amend your order before dispatch from our warehouse.
Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund, and all exchange products must be in their original condition and packaging.
