About Our Brewery
IronBark Hill Brewing Co was born out of the desire to give visitors to Hunter Valley Wine Country something a little different. Inside our venue, nestled amongst the wine tanks in our working winery, sits our custom-built brewing system — with a dedicated team of brewers at the helm.
The first beers were brewed in 2016 and our Brewhouse opened to the public in 2017. We only use the best single origin malts from regional NSW and strive for the finest preservative-free hops and adjuncts in every brew.
The Range
Our award-winning range spans Pale Ales, Lagers, Stouts and IPAs, as well as collaborations with our on-site distillery. Many have won Gold and Silver medals at State and National level.
Try our signature Far Canal Lager, the bold Hop Circus IPA, the smooth Hazy Train Hazy Pale, or something from our rotating seasonal line-up. All beers on tap at the venue are brewed right here on-site.
Visit the Brewhouse
The best way to experience our beers is fresh from the source. Grab a paddle of four 200mL tasters, or settle in with a middy or schooner in our outdoor pavilion overlooking the vines.
