Wildstreak Distillery
Crafted on-site by our winemaking and distilling team, our small batch Wildstreak range includes Gin, Vodka and Limoncello, each with its own distinct character.
Book a gin tasting to explore the full range, or simply enjoy a classic G&T or Limoncello Spritz at the bar during your visit.
IronBark Hill Brewing Co
Our venue is also home to the award winning IronBark Hill Brewing Co, where all of our beers are brewed and canned right here on-site. From Pale Ales and Lagers to Stouts and IPAs, there’s always something cold on tap - plus cans to take home with you!
All of our beers are brewed with the best single origin malts from Regional NSW, and have won Gold and Silver medals at both State and National level. We pride ourselves on using the best ingredients, with no shortcuts or artificial flavours.
