2023 TJD Chardonnay
Pale straw with a glint of green, it opens with a refined bouquet of stone fruit and ripe melon, delicately framed by seamlessly integrated French oak. The palate is richly layered, offering notes of peach and citrus with a creamy texture balanced by fresh acidity.

Graceful and complex, this wine is superb for immediate enjoyment and will continue to evolve beautifully for the next seven years with proper cellaring.

2023 TJD Shiraz
This premium Hunter Valley Shiraz presents a deep ruby hue with a youthful magenta rim. The nose offers lifted aromas of ripe black cherries, plums, and subtle savoury spice. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and well-balanced, with bright red and dark berry flavours leading into notes of licorice and a touch of dried herbs. The oak is gently integrated, giving structure without overwhelming the fruit. Fine-grained tannins carry through to a long, pepper-accented finish.

An elegant, expressive Shiraz true to its regional and old-vine roots. Approachable now, with potential to develop further over the next 8–10 years.

2024 TJD Semillon
Carefully selected fruit from our oldest vines; a vivid core of green apple, lemon zest, and lime dances across the palate, while the crisp acidity lends a dry, mouth-watering finish that lingers. It's a wine of both energy and elegance—delicious now, yet destined to evolve beautifully with time. For those who enjoy the hallmark citrus purity of Hunter Semillon, this is one to savor or cellar.
