2025 Wildstreak Semillon

Crafted from carefully selected parcels of Semillon from our Old Vines at Ironbark Hill Vineyard, this is a stunning example of a classic Hunter Valley Semillon. 

Pale green in color, with a fresh and aromatic nose of citrus blossom and subtle hints of lemon grass. Lively flavors of lemons and limes are layered with gentle grassy undertones, creating a fresh and energetic profile. Great for drinking now but will gracefully age for many years to come.
