Ironbark Hill Brewing Co was born out of the desire to give visitors to Hunter Valley Wine Country something a little different! Inside our venue, nestled amongst the wine tanks in our working winery lays our impressive custom-built brewing system, with a small team of dedicated brewers at the helm. 

The first beers were brewed in 2016, and our Brewhouse officially opened to the public in 2017. Our award winning range of beers include Pale Ales, Lagers, Stouts and IPAs, as well as collaborations with our on-site distillery to create our iconic Ginger Beer. All of our beers on tap at our venue are brewed on-site, with a number available in cans, many of which have won Gold and Silver medals at a State and National level. We only brew with the best organic malts from regional NSW and strive to use the best preservative free hops and adjuncts in our beers.
