Surrounded by grape vines and sprawling vineyards in the heart of Hunter Valley Wine Country Ironbark Hill Brewing Co was born! On the grounds of Peter Drayton Wines, the first beers were brewed in our custom built German brewing system in 2016, and our Brewhouse opened to the public in 2017. Every day you will find 12 beers and ciders pouring fresh on tap, ranging from Pale Ales and Lagers to Stouts and Porters.

A number of our beers are also available in cans, many of which have won medals at the Sydney Royal Beer Show and the Australian Independent Beer Awards. 

 Sit back, relax, and enjoy a delicious meal paired with a glass of wine or beer in our outdoor pavilion overlooking the vines!
